Patch Tests

WHAT TO EXPECT

Treatments that require a patch test are: Lvl Lvl Advanced Eyebrow tinting Eyelash Tinting If you haven't visited the salon before or haven't received any of the above treatments from Tallo Beauty before you are required to have a patch test prior to your treatment being carried out. Please allow 48hrs prior to your booked treatment to get a patch test done. We will not carry out any treatment on any client who has not received a patch test.

Cancellation Policy

Please give 24hours notice for cancellations. Failed/ no shows appointments will be charged 100% for each booked treatment price. Late cancellations will be charged 50% for each booked treatment price. A 50% deposit may be required if longer appointments are booked. This will be non refundable if booking if cancelled within 24hrs. Appointments can be rescheduled and deposit can be used against re-booked appointment/s. Thank you for understanding. A patch test is REQUIRED for new clients 24/48 hours prior to certain treatments. Consultation will be done on arrival.
