Cancellation Policy

Please give 48hours notice for cancellations. Failed/no shows appointments will be charged 100% for each booked treatment price. Late cancellations will be charged 50% for each booked treatment price. A 50% deposit may be required if longer appointments are booked. This will be non refundable fee if booking if cancelled within 24hrs. Appointments can be rescheduled and deposit can be used against re-booked appointment/s within the timeframe. A patch test is REQUIRED for new clients 24/48 hours prior to certain treatments. Consultation will be done on arrival.

Vouchers can be used for any given treatments, it must be used within the expired date. Vouchers cannot be re validated after they have expried. No refunds or exchanges will be given.
